Chris Hill's first time on

Summary: Chris actually lives on a private lake that drains into the Hooch less than a mile from his home, but he had never been on the river.

Details: Having spent over 7 years living less than a mile from the Chattahoochee River, Chris decided to charter a trip with Captain Doug. Chris had done some occasional fly fishing for bass and pan fish on private lakes, but this was the first time he was going after trout with a fly rod. The fish were biting well and he caught them both on the fly rod and really slaughtered them on small spinners. The captain could not remember how many fish they caught, but it was enough for Chris to actually spend a good amount of time just sitting back enjoying the solitude and beauty of this great river that sits in the middle of suburbia.
